Sheikh Raed Salah gets permission to appeal against immigration decision

Sheikh Raed Salah, who has been fighting a legal battle over the past few months to clear his name of anti-Semitism slurs, has been allowed to appeal against the decision of the first tier immigration tribunal on 26 October which accepted the Home Secretary’s decision to exclude Sheikh Salah from the U.K.

The new court accepted all the challenges made by Sheikh Salah’s defence team about the case and accepted the points of law raised by the defence.

The Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK said that this decision is an indication that the cause of Sheikh Salah a just one. It is to do with freedom of speech which the Tory government, driven by the Zionist lobby, want to muzzle, especially if it is do with the Palestinian cause.
